Go for 0.6mm or 0.8mm. Standard leggings are $0.4mm$, but for structured trousers with pockets or fly fronts, thicker latex ($0.6mm+$) provides a more masculine, durable silhouette. It masks skin texture better and doesn't wrinkle as easily at the knees as thinner material does.
Focus on the "Rise" and "Hip" measurements. Sagging happens when the "rise" (distance from crotch to waist) is too long or the hips are too wide. For a sharp look, choose a slim-fit or "second skin" cut. If buying ready-to-wear, ensure the waistband sits firmly at your natural waist to keep the seat pulled taut.
Go seamless or wear latex briefs. To maintain a smooth, professional appearance, avoid cotton underwear as the seams and fabric texture will be highly visible. Latex thongs or briefs are ideal. If you prefer not to wear latex underneath, choose seamless, laser-cut synthetic underwear in a nude or matching color.
"Hike" the material up before sitting. Never let the crotch hang low. Before you sit or squat, use your hands to gently pull the material up from the mid-thigh toward the hips to create "slack." Ensure the inside is well-lubricated with silicone oil so the latex can slide over your skin rather than stretching to its breaking point.
