Measurements are key, especially the "Pouch" volume. Unlike fabric, latex doesn't stretch indefinitely. If the underwear is too tight, it will cause uncomfortable compression. Look for designs with 3D molded pouches or reinforced seams that provide anatomical shaping rather than a flat cut, which can be restrictive.
Highly recommended. Latex creates intense friction against body hair. Moving, sitting, or taking the garment off can cause painful hair pulling. If you choose not to shave, apply excessive silicone lubricant to both your skin and the inside of the underwear to create a smooth gliding barrier.
Only for limited periods. Latex is non-breathable, which leads to rapid sweat accumulation and heat. Long-term wear can cause "heat rash" or skin irritation. Always use medical-grade silicone lube as a barrier. If you feel any itching or excessive dampness, remove the item and wash your skin immediately.
Avoid pulling with fingernails. These areas are high-stress points. Use the pads of your fingers to slide the underwear up. Never "yank" at the edges. Also, ensure the garment is well-lubricated; "dry" latex is brittle and much more likely to snap at the seams under tension.
